UPDATE: Lots of thoughts here at 8am. First, this video (taken around 3:30am) was meant to offer perspective. I’ve taken this route to work almost every weekday of the last 20 years. In rain. In snow. I’ve never seen it like this. Perhaps others have. Regardless, it was a lot of rain all at once. Literally came RUSHING down the hillside and down Sunset as I was passing through the intersection. The reason I didn’t get more video from where it got worse just beyond the UDF at Wyoming is I needed
